01 Meeting Background
The national standard "Display Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Ratings" (20205252-Q-469) organized by the National Energy Basics and Management Standardization Technical Committee has completed a draft for public comments and is open for public comment. On the basis of the original GB 21520-2015, the applicable scope of the standard has been modified and the requirements for the energy efficiency limit value of LED displays have been added, which involves most enterprises in the LED display manufacturing industry. my country's energy efficiency standards are mandatory, that is, energy-consuming products that do not meet the energy efficiency limit value requirements in the energy efficiency standards are substandard products and are not allowed to be produced and sold.
The main content of this meeting: help everyone interpret the relevant content of the standard, answer standards-related policies, implementation impacts, test methods and discuss issues in the standard, introduce energy efficiency technology in the industrial chain, etc., solicit opinions from various enterprises, and provide unified feedback to the standard setting unit.
